The Baltic Sea Cluster development Centre (BSCDC) is a result of a growing partnership between cluster development proponents and practitioners from around the Baltic Sea Region. The BSCDC responds to a call for establishing a regional hub – a hub where partners can access knowledge and excellence on cluster development, and a hub where cluster companies can access new partners and new markets in the Baltic Sea Region.
